Solvo Solutions Ltd, company no. 14760023, Office 116 Regents Pavilion, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton NN3 6BJ. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB675050.

What this website collects

This website collects only data about your visit. Depending on the cookie choice you make, that may include:

  • your IP address;

  • your device type, operating system and browser;

  • the pages you viewed and how you moved through the site;

  • the advertisement, campaign or website that brought you here; and

  • cookie and similar identifiers.

This website does not collect your name, your contact details or any information about your potential claim.

What the claim form collects

The claim form is a separate step. When you complete it, the information you provide is collected in order to assess your eligibility and to make an introduction to a law firm. That information may include:

  • your name, date of birth, address, email address and telephone number;

  • which supermarket you worked for, your job role, your store or location, and your dates of service;

  • your hours of work and pay details; and

  • your answers to the eligibility questions, and your agreement to be introduced to a law firm.

We do not ask for special category data, such as information about your health, race or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions or trade union membership. If any such information is needed for your claim, the law firm will collect it from you directly under its own privacy notice.

Our legal basis

We rely on your consent to process your personal data, including for non-essential cookies and for making an introduction to a law firm. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done on the basis of it, and it does not affect any claim the law firm has already started for you.

Where we are required to keep records in order to meet a legal or regulatory obligation, we rely on that obligation instead.

Who we share it with

We share the information you provide through the claim form with Harcus Parker Limited, an SRA-regulated law firm, so that it can assess your eligibility and, if appropriate, act for you. Harcus Parker Limited is a separate data controller for the personal data it holds about you and your claim, and its own privacy notice applies to it. Harcus Parker Limited pays us a fee for the introduction.

We also share data about your visit with:

  • our website hosting and analytics providers, who act on our instructions; and

  • advertising platforms, where you have consented to advertising cookies, so that we can measure how our advertising performs.

We will disclose personal data to law enforcement, a regulator or another third party where we are required or permitted to do so by law.

Where your data is stored

Your personal data is stored in the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you provide through the claim form for six years, so that we can evidence the introduction we made and meet our regulatory record-keeping obligations.

We keep data about your visit to this website, including analytics and advertising data, for twelve months.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, free of charge. This is known as a subject access request, and we will respond within one month. If your request is complex, or if you have made several requests, we may take up to a further two months, and we will tell you within the first month if that is the case. We may ask you for information to confirm your identity before we respond.

You also have the right:

  • to have inaccurate personal data corrected, or personal data erased;

  • to object to our processing, or to ask us to restrict it, in certain circumstances;

  • to ask us to transfer the personal data you have given us to another organisation in a commonly used, machine-readable format; and

  • to withdraw your consent at any time.

If your request concerns the personal data held about your claim by the law firm, please contact Harcus Parker Limited directly under its own privacy notice.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies on this website. Nothing non-essential is set until you choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Our cookie notice lists every tag and cookie we use.

Changes to this notice

This is version employeepay-v1.0, dated 4 September 2026. Where we change this notice we will publish a new version at this address.

Terms of Use

Version employeepay-terms-v1.0 · 11 September 2026

1. Who we are

Employee Pay is a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd, a claims management company. Solvo Solutions Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 1013195). Solvo Solutions Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company no. 14760023). Registered office: Office 116 Regents Pavilion, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton NN3 6BJ. Contact: [email protected].

These terms apply to the website at employeepay.co.uk and to the Employee Pay claim form. By using the site or the form you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the form.

2. What this site does

The site and the claim form help you check whether you may be able to bring an equal pay claim as a current or former shop-floor employee of Asda, Sainsbury’s or Morrisons and, if you choose to go ahead, introduce you to Harcus Parker Limited, a firm of solicitors authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No. 653501).

Employee Pay is a referrer, not a law firm. We do not give legal advice and we do not handle your claim. If you proceed, your claim is handled by Harcus Parker Limited, which pays Solvo Solutions Ltd a fee for the introduction. You do not need to use us: you can bring an employment tribunal claim yourself at no cost, or instruct a solicitor of your own choosing.

3. Nothing on this site is legal advice

The information on this site is general. Any figure the site or the form shows you is an illustration based on what you enter and is not a promise of compensation. Whether you are eligible to claim, and what any claim may be worth, is assessed by Harcus Parker Limited.

4. The agreement that governs your claim

If you go ahead, your claim is governed by the funding agreement (a Damages-Based Agreement) that you review and sign with Harcus Parker Limited. Its fee and terms are set out in full in that agreement before you sign. These Terms of Use do not form part of that agreement and do not change it.

5. Your confirmations

By completing the claim form you confirm that you:

  • have worked, or currently work, for Asda, Sainsbury’s or Morrisons within the past six years in a role that may give rise to an equal pay claim;

  • are completing the form for yourself, and the information you give is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge;

  • have not instructed another law firm or claims management company in respect of the same claim, and have not brought the claim yourself. If you have, you will tell Harcus Parker Limited before you sign;

  • have not already received damages or compensation for the same equal pay claim;

  • have not brought proceedings in a court or tribunal for the same claim or, if proceedings are ongoing, you will tell Harcus Parker Limited;

  • live in England, Wales or Scotland;

  • are not a director, principal or employee of a claims management company, and do not work for a firm of solicitors or a claims management company acting, or intending to act, for other claimants or for the supermarkets in claims of this kind, and are not a member of a legal team instructed to defend such claims; and

  • are not subject to bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings that would affect any compensation you may be awarded.

6. Using the form

The claim form and the documents shown in it are made available so that you can check your eligibility and, if you choose, instruct Harcus Parker Limited. They are not to be copied or passed on for any other purpose. You must not use the site or the form in a way that is unlawful or that interferes with its operation.

7. Your personal data

How we collect and use your personal data, and who we share it with, is set out in our Privacy Notice. The cookies and similar technologies we use are set out in our Cookie Notice. Both are linked in the footer of every page.

8. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, our Complaints page explains how to raise it with us and what happens next. Complaints about the legal work on your claim go to Harcus Parker Limited under its own complaints procedure.

9. Changes to these terms

Where we change these terms we will publish a new version at this address, with a new version number and date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
