This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on employeepay.co.uk and on the claim form, what each one is for, and who provides it.
Employee Pay is a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd. Where this notice refers to "we", "us" or "our", it means Solvo Solutions Ltd.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as tags, pixels and local storage, work in comparable ways, and references to cookies in this notice include them.
Your choice
Nothing non-essential is set until you choose. When you first visit, our banner asks whether you accept advertising and analytics cookies. You can reject them, accept them, or change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of this website, or by clearing the cookies your browser has stored for this site.
Cookies on this website
Strictly necessary — set by us, Solvo Solutions Ltd. These keep the site working and remember the cookie choice you have made, so that you are not asked again on every visit. They cannot be switched off, because the site will not function without them.
Google Tag Manager — provided by Google. Tag Manager is the tool we use to load our analytics and advertising tags. It is loaded only after you accept advertising and analytics cookies, and it sets nothing before that point. Purpose: to manage which measurement tags run on the site.
Google Analytics — provided by Google, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Purpose: to tell us how visitors find and use the website, such as which pages are viewed and how long visitors spend on them. Analytics data is used in aggregate and does not identify you personally. Retained for twelve months.
Cookies on the claim form
Meta pixel — provided by Meta Platforms, for Facebook and Instagram advertising. Purpose: to measure how many people who see our advertising go on to complete the form, and to report on campaign performance. Set only where you have accepted advertising cookies.
TikTok pixel — provided by TikTok. Purpose: to measure how many people who see our advertising go on to complete the form, and to report on campaign performance. Set only where you have accepted advertising cookies.
These platforms may also use the data they receive for their own purposes, including building a profile of your interests. Their own privacy and cookie information explains how they do that.
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you see which cookies are stored, delete them individually or in bulk, and block cookies from some or all websites. These controls are usually in your browser's settings or preferences menu. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of this website, including the claim form, from working properly.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes to the cookies we use or to legal requirements. Please check this page occasionally so that you are aware of the current version.
