Employee Pay is a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd, a claims management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 1013195) in respect of regulated claims management activities.
Employee Pay is a referrer, not a law firm, and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. If you proceed, your claim is handled by Harcus Parker Limited, an SRA-regulated law firm, which pays Solvo a fee for the introduction.
You do not need to use us — you can bring an employment tribunal claim yourself at no cost.
If your claim succeeds, Harcus Parker charges a fee of 24% + VAT of the money you recover — set out in full before you sign. Outcomes depend on your individual circumstances.
If you cancel within 14 days, Harcus Parker can charge for work already done at your request. If you end your claim after that, you may have to pay a share of legal fees and costs. The full terms are in the engagement letter you’ll see before you sign.
